Watching the annual humpback whale migration right from our terraces is nothing short of extraordinary. We partook in a census and counted 94 humpback whales in just 12 hours right from our terraces. As the mothers and calves slowly make their way back south from their calving grounds. We were treated to daily displays of breaching, tail slapping, and tender moments: a humbling reminder of the wilderness that surrounds us.
