There is nothing better than hearing laughter ringing up into starlight night or the clink of icy cold wine glasses on a sunny day as friends and family share a meal and treasured time together. Dining with friends and family is really at the heart of our Colina Verde experience and we love sharing our table with you. We had so many requests from guests for our recipes that we finally made a book which combines some of our most popular recipes and beautiful pictures of the property, making a great gift or keepsake from your stay.
